NORTH LAKES RETIREMENT RESORT

The North Lakes retirement resort is a existing building which is 2 years old, They never air conditioned the space on construction which made the installation a far more technical install.

Stage 1:
The area we are cooling consist of a hall which has 4x 10kW Daikin VRV ducted systems with a 40kW outdoor unit . The outdoor unit is 50 metres away from the first fan coil, The indoor fan coils to be installed in a air tight bulkhead.

Stage 2:
The area we are cooling consist of a bar area, cafe area, dining area/entry foyer with 4x cassette’s Daikin VRV ranging from 7kW to 12.5kW with 1x 40Kw outdoor unit. The outdoor unit is 60 meters away from the first fan coil
